Based on the ancient medical system of India known as Ayurveda (pronounced "eye-ur-vee-dah"), everyone has a unique Body Type made up of the elements Air, Fire and Earth which give you your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual characteristics. Body Types are a bit like star signs but so much more! And just like your star sign there will be characteristics you can relate to and some that you think are not applicable, because everyone's different and unique, one-of-a-kind.
